Week 4. Momentum Begins. Action starts to feel more natural. The climb becomes part of your life.

Tracking Your Climb

Tracking is optional. If you have the Adventure Map on your wall, here is one way to use it. Update your ascent number. Track your day and track your week. Each day, move your flag forward. Each Monday, move the week flag to the next week on the mountain. You will see yourself climbing. That is the point.

What Success Looks Like

You stayed on the trail. You returned when you drifted. You kept moving. Not weight. Not performance. Not speed. You kept moving.
