Start: Trail Select
Orientation
Choose your direction this season.
You do not need to know exactly where you are going. You need enough direction to move.
A trail sign reads: Avoid getting stuck. Reach Basecamp quickly.
Step 1 — Safety First
If something in your health, environment, or circumstances needs immediate attention, start there.
This is your next step.
Step 2 — Choose Direction
Still here? Good. Let's find your trail.
If you already know what matters, start there.
Maybe this time it is trying new things. Maybe it is challenging your limits. Maybe you are not sure yet and need to discover what pulls you forward.
If you are not sure, pick something you are curious about and explore it. Try something new, return to something you miss, or allow yourself to play with small changes to your routine.
Choose a direction and write it down. You can refine it as you go.
Step 3 — Look Ahead
What might become possible if you go this way?
You do not need an answer. Just notice what comes to mind.
What opens along the way may be something you cannot see from here.
Your trail is selected.
What comes next
After Trail Select, you move into Quest Prep.
Some trails need very little preparation. Others need more.
You will choose what you carry and who, if anyone, climbs with you.
