Bulk — a fueling season of intentionally eating above maintenance to support strength and muscle growth. Suggested only for experienced adventurers with specific goals.
Camp Momentum — the stage beyond Basecamp where training deepens and consistency becomes rhythm.
Camp Vibe — the stage where the lifestyle is fully integrated and the climb is simply how you live.
Campfire — the Big to Strong community space on Discord.
Capacity — what your body and life can do. Strength, mobility, energy, and the willingness to show up in more places.
Cozy Cabin — the starting point. The comfortable place before the decision to climb.
Cut — a fueling season of reducing body fat while protecting strength.
Drift — the natural tendency to move away from the plan. Not failure. The normal rhythm of the practice.
Expedition Kit — the collection of practical resources that support the climb.
Explorer — someone exploring if Big to Strong is a fit for them.
Field Guide — a resource page explaining a concept within the framework.
Friction — anything in your environment, routine, or circumstances that makes the next right action harder.
Fueling Season — the current approach to nutrition: cut, maintain, or bulk.
Maintain — a fueling season of eating to support the current work with no deficit or surplus.
Momentum — the accumulation of consistent action over time. Not speed. Direction that holds.
Quest Prep — the stage where gear, knowledge, and readiness are assembled before the climb begins.
Recalibration — the practice of adjusting direction after drift without treating it as failure.
Reset — returning to the framework after a gap or disruption. Not starting over. Picking up where you are.
Terrain Strategy — a deliberate change to your environment, routine, or approach that reduces or adds friction where it matters.
Trail — your personal path through the framework.
